Scott Marlin - Guitar & vocals 20 Questions
Began playing trumpet & piano at a young age. That set the stage for a move to guitar at age 12. Scott's energetic lead vocals & guitar work gives unique depth to the overall sound of the Blue Marlin Band.
Previous groups; Morgoth, Riteous Reich, Minotaur, Painful Delivery, Soundscape, and Permanent Groove.
Stuff I listen to; Floyd, Rush, Van Halen, Zeppelin, Steely Dan are probably my top 5. But I have a very wide variety of listening tastes from everything from Metallica to David Sanborn.
Gear; 1983 American Standard Strat with Seymore Duncan's, a 1995 Signature Strat, Takamine Acoustic, Marshall Amplification, and Boss pedals.

Tim Dodson- Keys, guitar & vocals 20 Questions
Played piano & trumpet in the early years, high school band, a stint in the Meramac Orchestra on violin, while a Music Major. Accomplished as a solid guitarist as well as piano & synth, a veteran of the St. Louis Metro club scene.
Previous groups; Matchbox Collection, Gambler - 10 yrs on the St. Louis Landing, Staggerkats & Permanent Groove.
Stuff I listen to; Everything from Chick Corea, Jeff Beck, Satriani, John Mayer, Peter Mayer, Elton John, Genesis, Steely Dan, Eric Johnson, to Dream Theatre, Zappa, Mozart.

Bob Emig - Bass & Vocals 20 Questions
Played trumpet & bass in high school. A music major @ Vandercook College in Chicago & SIU- Carbondale. A good vocalist who will sing for food!
Previous groups: The Scooters, Fresh City, Adam's Edge (at A. J's), Dixie Express, Planet Boogie & Strike Force. The groups that I listed played anything from country, disco to heavy metal.
Musical favorites; Stevie Wonder, Prince, Steely Dan, Pink Floyd, Toto, Rush & Ben Folds!
Moods range what I listen to , but it better have a groove to it !
Gear: Peavey 300W hd & 15" cab w/ Hartke 4 X 10 cab as well. Red Charvel/Jackson bass & a Schecter bass both with active EMG pickups.
Just looking forward to playing wit' these cats & entertaining everyone for a long time to come.

Rich Wisneski - Drums and Vocals 20 Questions
Played the radio as a child. Stole older brother’s drums at age 6 to play along with Chicago’s first LP. Exposed to Bruford-era Yes at an early age. Still trying to shake the inevitable Neil Peart influence. Matured to appreciate what a gift we had in Jeff Porcaro. Style and sound still in development.
Previous groups: Ron Z & RW Basement Drum Duets, perennial high school Talent Show also-ran, Remede International Polka All-Stars (on Chris Squire bass), BullsEye, The Hurricanes, The Nomads, Sub7 and numerous other projects you’ve probably never heard.
Stuff I listen to: Bob Dylan, Richard Thompson, Peter Gabriel, and the like who can write a good tune. Danny Elfman for wacky novelty.
Gear: Drum Workshop drums, pawn shop cymbals, gimmicky percussion, disposable sticks, Depends (just kidding).

An accomplished drummer, began playing at age 4. First kit at 9, first band at 15, sneaking into the clubs through the back door and sitting in during breaks. Jazz and concert rock influences.
Previous groups: Traveled with Triple XXX in the late 80's to 90's, original group STEM of St. Louis in 1995 through 1997 and Permanent Groove.
Stuff I listen to; Enjoy classic rock through the new stuff, always liked the heavy stuff and still do !! I have a Drummer's Collective DVD from Hudson Music featuring Dave Weckl, Steve Smith (of Journey fame) and Steve Gadd (of "just about everything" fame) & the "Rush in RIO" DVD- that I am currently listening to. I enjoy spending time with daughter Olivia and girlfriend Darci....and LIFE in general!!

Sam Ferranto - Bass & Vocals
Started playing Bass guitar at age 8. Grew-up in the Dogtown nieghborhood and was influenced by my Lifetime Friends Pat & Danny Liston of Mama's Pride.
Previous Groups; Pevely Springs, Jasper, Cluster, Code Blue, Nonstop,Open<Sunday and a few others along the way.
Stuff I Listen Too: Little River Band, ARS, The Eagles, Marshall Tucker, CDB,Styx & Toto.
Equipment :2 Fender P Basses, 1 Fender Jazz Bass, Spector Active Bass & Dean Accoustic Bass. Currently using Phil Jones Bass Rig.
